Is the wedding kid friendly?
The wedding is kid friendly. Snacks and activities will be provided for the children (and adults).
Parking
Parking will be on and alongside the paved driveway. For those who are able bodied, please park along the driveway in the grass so those who aren't as mobile don't have to walk so far. Unofficial handicap signs will be posted next to parking spots close to the house for those who have trouble walking.
For those who park further down, you can walk up the paved driveway or ride a golf cart shuttle. Two golf cart shuttles will be provided making rounds up and down the driveway until 2:50 (ten minutes before the ceremony) to leave time for the shuttle drivers to find their seats.
If needed, overflow parking will be located two doors down at 2808 Lester Road, Medina, Ohio, 44256. Please park in the driveway next to the white barn or alongside the driveway in the grass. Thank you!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, drink to your hearts content.
Bathrooms
We have reserved luxury portable restrooms. There will be no indoor access to the house.
Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be outside. The reception will take place under a tent.
What's the Wedding Itinerary?
3:00 Ceremony, 3:30 Photos and Cocktail Hour, 4:30 Reception.
Activities, hors d'oeuvres, music, and drinks will be provided during cocktail hour.
What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can contact the caterer and make accommodations.
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
Yes, it will be approximately one hour for photos with activities, hors d'oeuvres, music, and drinks provided for guests.
Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony and/or reception?
You are more than welcome to take photos during the ceremony. We kindly suggest you keep the flash off and put your phone on silent.
